Vita Health Coach, from the first day to today.
Vita Health Coach is an iPhone app for adults who look after a parent's health. It connects a parent's US hospitals through their patient portals, keeps a separate file for each person in the family, and explains every new result in plain words, starting with whether it can wait or it is time to see a doctor. It explains health information and never diagnoses. Records are sealed on the phone with a key only that phone holds. Vita Health Coach is made by VitaMedas, Inc., which won the Global Grand Prize of the 2026 Google AI Agents Challenge.

Product HuntVita Health Coach arrives inside ChatGPT

How it worksConnect a parent's US hospitals
Families can now connect a US hospital or clinic through its patient portal. About 96,000 US hospitals and clinics are in the app's list. Lab results, medicines, allergies and visit summaries come into that person's own file, and every new result is explained in plain words.

The founder
Tahsin Bayraktar is the founder and CEO of VitaMedas. He has spent seventeen years in business development and M&A, and more than twenty years designing software as a self-taught product architect. For every product he writes the full blueprint himself, down to every screen and function, and directs how it is built. That is how he built Vita Health Coach.
He started Vita after years of keeping his father's health files during his father's cancer: results from different hospitals, letters he could not read, and nowhere to keep them together.
