Pull your results from a US hospital
- 1Install Vita Health Coach on your iPhone.
- 2Open Health records and tap Connect a hospital, then search for the hospital.
- 3Sign in on the hospital's own page with your patient portal login. Vita Health Coach never sees the password.
- 4Your lab results, medicines, allergies, conditions, immunizations and visit summaries come onto your phone, sealed with a key only that phone holds.
- 5Ask about any result: what it means, what changed since last time, and what to ask the doctor. Records from several hospitals sit together.

Is there an app that keeps all my hospital records in one place?
Vita Health Coach does this on iPhone. Connect each US hospital through its patient portal, or take a photo of each page of a paper report, and Vita Health Coach keeps every result in the person's own file and explains each new one against the last.
How do I pull my latest results from a hospital into one app?
In Vita Health Coach, open Health records, tap Connect a hospital, search for the hospital and sign in on its own page with your patient portal login. Your results come onto your phone, and you can ask about any of them in plain words.
Can I keep my parent's hospital results in the same app?
Yes. Get proxy access to your parent's patient portal, add your parent as a person in Vita Health Coach, then connect their hospital with your own portal login and choose them. Without a portal, request copies from the hospital's records office and take a photo of each page.
Which hospitals does Vita Health Coach connect to?
US hospitals and clinics whose patient portals let patients link an app. Outside the US, or for paper reports, take a photo of each page and Vita Health Coach keeps it in the person's file.
Is my hospital data private?
Hospital records are kept on your phone, sealed with a key only that phone holds. When you ask a question, a short summary of the lines it is about goes with it, to answer it, and an answer can quote them. The full privacy policy is at vitamedas.com/legal/privacy.
Does Vita Health Coach diagnose?
No. Vita Health Coach explains health information so you understand it and know what to ask. It never diagnoses or prescribes. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
