About these documents

Written to protect you and to protect VitaMedas — in that order.

Plain language firstEvery clause is written as clearly as we can manage. Where a regulator requires specific wording, we keep the wording and add an explanation in plain language alongside it.

Zero-knowledge baked into the contractOur cryptographic architecture means we are technically incapable of reading your records. Our legal commitments reflect that — the most powerful privacy guarantee is the one we can't break even if we wanted to.

Updated, dated, archivedEvery document carries an effective date and a version. We never silently change terms. Material updates are emailed to all account holders at least 30 days before they take effect.
