See your parent’s MyChart account
Hospitals call this proxy access, or family access. You sign in with your own login and switch to your parent’s account, so you never need their password. At Memorial Hermann: the patient sends the invitation from their own account.
- 1Your parent opens the Menu in MyChart and selects Sharing Hub.
- 2They choose to share with a family member, friend or caretaker.
- 3They select the option to manage ongoing access, then click Invite Someone.

How do I see my parent's results at Memorial Hermann?
