See your parent’s Patient Online Services account
Hospitals call this proxy access, or family access. You sign in with your own login and switch to your parent’s account, so you never need their password. At Mayo: the patient sends a proxy invite from their own account.

- 2Your parent sends you a proxy invite from that page.
- 3You need your own Patient Online Services account. Each person has their own account, so you cannot use your parent's login.

Keep the results in one place
Vita Health Coach is an iPhone app that keeps each family member's results in their own file and explains each new result in plain words. Once you have access, add your parent, tap Connect a hospital and search for Mayo. Paper copies work too: take a photo of each page.
