See your parent’s MyBSWHealth account
Hospitals call this proxy access, or family access. You sign in with your own login and switch to your parent’s account, so you never need their password. At Baylor Scott & White: either adult starts it: your parent grants you access, or you request it and your parent approves.
- 1Your parent fills in the online proxy management form at my.bswhealth.com/proxymanagement to grant you access. Or you fill it in to request access to your parent's record.
- 2The other person gets an email to accept or decline. If you asked for access, your parent approves it.
- 3Once it is accepted, you see your parent's health and pharmacy information in your own MyBSWHealth account.
- 4Paper option: fill in the form Request proxy access to another adult's record. Mail it to the address on the form or bring it to a Baylor Scott & White facility. Health Information Management reviews forms within 5-7 business days.
- 5This is only for existing Baylor Scott & White patients.
