Can I keep my parent's results from a Puerto Rico hospital in the app?

Yes. First get permission to see your parent's patient portal (hospitals call it proxy access). Then add your parent as a person in Vita Health Coach and connect their hospital with your own login. Their results go into their own file. Connecting another person's hospital is part of a paid plan in the app.

Hospital connections are for US accounts. Names are as each hospital publishes them, and they belong to the hospitals. Being in the list means the hospital offers a patient connection; if one doesn’t connect, a photo of each page of a paper report works too. Other states.
